Launch, Business and Advanced are fixed-price base packages for the listed scope. Optional add-ons can be selected separately, while Custom Platform work uses a proposal.
A standard page is one main public page or agreed page template with a defined purpose and content structure. Large interactive areas or specialised functionality may need separate scoping.
Domain registration and managed hosting are included for 1 year with the standard website packages. Premium domains, renewals and third-party provider charges are separate.
Standard website and brand packages are paid in full at checkout. Custom Platform work and other tailored projects use a separate proposal and invoice.
Launch support covers help and fixes for the features delivered. New pages, redesigns and new features are priced separately.
A small update is a defined content or configuration change that fits the selected Website Care allowance. Redesigns, new features and major repair work are scoped separately.
The first 12 months cost $199. It then renews at $290 per year unless cancelled before renewal.
Yes. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew at the annual renewal amount shown before checkout unless they are cancelled before the renewal date.
Guided onboarding and product support are included. Managed Launch is available when you want SillDigital to configure, install and test the first Assistant for you. Custom workflows and advanced integrations are scoped separately.
Provider costs are included only where the selected plan or proposal explicitly says so. Other provider charges may be separate.
You can request a plan change or cancellation. Any active minimum commitment, completed work or agreed project scope still applies.
