Website projects
Website work may include planning, design, development, content placement, testing, launch coordination, and reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Timelines depend on client feedback, content, approvals, third-party access, and payment status.
Brand design
Brand identity work may include logo systems, colors, typography direction, business collateral, and related assets described in the project scope. Final deliverables and usage rights should be defined in the accepted proposal or agreement.
Website care
Website care may include updates, maintenance checks, content edits, form testing, backups, uptime review, support, reports, or recommendations depending on the selected plan. Website care does not guarantee that every third-party outage, security issue, or platform change can be prevented.
Managed website operations
Managed operations may include domain and hosting coordination, DNS, SSL, renewals, provider communication, account organization, support tracking, and operational reporting. SillDigital coordinates these details as agreed but does not become the owner of third-party platforms unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Domain and hosting coordination
Domains, hosting, email, plugins, licenses, and other third-party services may require separate provider accounts, renewals, terms, fees, and access. Clients are responsible for accurate ownership information and timely approval of renewals or changes.
Renewals and payments
Invoices, retainers, subscriptions, renewals, and payment schedules are handled according to the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Late or failed payments may delay work, support, launches, renewals, or account changes.
Third-party services
SillDigital may recommend or coordinate third-party tools such as hosting, domain registrars, CMS platforms, plugins, analytics, payment providers, email services, or marketing tools. These services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and support policies.
Support requests
Active clients should submit support requests through their account support page when available. Clear details, screenshots, URLs, and priority context help SillDigital review and respond efficiently. Emergency response times must be separately agreed in writing.
Asset handover and transfer requests
Clients may request handover or transfer of eligible website, domain, hosting, brand, or project assets. Requests may require identity verification, account review, payment completion, third-party platform steps, and reasonable processing time. Internal notes, cost records, credentials, and proprietary operational materials may not be included.
Limitations
SillDigital works to provide professional service, but no website, SEO effort, Google Business update, hosting environment, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, permanently secure, or guaranteed to produce specific rankings, revenue, leads, or outcomes.
