Financial Services • Case Study
Equiifirst Investments needed a digital experience that could communicate financial products clearly, establish regulatory trust, and help prospective borrowers understand their options before contacting a loan officer. We designed a structured lending website that brings product discovery, eligibility guidance, documentation requirements, FAQs, and online enquiry into one clear customer journey.
Visit live website
The challenge
Lending websites have to balance conversion with responsibility.
Visitors need to understand the products available, but they also need clear information about eligibility, documentation, assessment, repayment, fees, and what submitting an enquiry actually means.
Our challenge was to create an experience that made the business approachable without oversimplifying important financial information.
Our approach
We organised the experience around practical questions: what loan products are available, which option might fit, what affects eligibility and loan amount, what documents may be needed, and how to start an enquiry.
This creates a clearer route from product discovery to informed enquiry while keeping important lending boundaries and assessment requirements visible.
What we built
Five loan categories are presented with clear use cases, helping visitors identify a relevant starting point before speaking with the team.
The enquiry experience gathers structured customer information while making clear that submission is not automatic approval.
Regulatory positioning, responsible-lending language, and financial disclosures are integrated throughout the site experience.
Visitors can explore products, submit an online enquiry, call, visit the office, or continue through WhatsApp depending on how they prefer to communicate.
The outcome
The website gives prospective borrowers a clearer way to understand available products and prepare before contacting the lending team.
For Equiifirst Investments, it also creates a more structured digital entry point: enquiries can arrive with more useful context about product interest, requested amount, and purpose of finance.
